Hydro Mobile is considered a precursor when it comes to training and safety issues.
The company has developed a dedicated structure called
Hydro mobile University that dispenses training programs and certifications.
Our extensive three day seminars provide comprehensive instruction on the proper installation, operation and transportation of all Hydro Mobile equipment. Graduates - those with extensive on-site experience and good communication skills - can apply to become certified trainers. This can be useful for contractors with high turn over rates who require personnel capable of giving short notice, on-site training.

In addition to obtaining detailed instruction, participants also discuss real-life operational challenges in a seminar format. Students also get a chance to meet and interact with other masonry contractors from across North America. Our seminars are sponsored by authorized dealers and are available to companies that own Hydro Mobile products.
Our training facility located just outside Montreal, a beautiful and historic French-Canadian city with a thriving Latin culture. Training seminars on the M-Series and F-Series are scheduled throughout the year as shown on our seminars Calendar. In some cases, on-site training at the end-user's premises can be arranged for specific needs.

The detailed program includes instruction in loading, transporting and quickly setting up the platform, operating the equipment effectively and moving it around the construction site. It also covers troubleshooting equipment.
There are also sessions in the planning and laying out of complex buildings as well as cutting production costs. The Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) standards are applied throughout the seminar.
OSHA mandates that each employee who is involved in erecting, disassembling, moving, operating, repairing, maintaining, or inspecting a scaffold should be trained by a competent person to recognize any hazards associated with the work in question.
